David Koffman - President & CEO
David Koffman, President & CEO, started in the plastics industry in 1976 while recycling x-ray film for silver content. He soon recognized the need to recycle the plastic film after the extraction of the silver. After successfully marketing the film scrap, David was approached by Dow Chemical Company to recycle their polyethylene scrap. That was the birth of what is now United Plastics.

Mike Reno - Vice President & General Manager
Mike Reno, Vice President and General Manager, has been with United for over 10 years. Mike has proven himself as a motivated, successful businessman. After starting at United Plastics in sales, Mike earned a partnership with the company. His accomplishments include turning United into one of the largest full-service recyclers in North America.

Roy Douglas - Sales & Purchasing
Roy Douglas, Director of New Business Development, joined the team over 5 years ago and quickly developed comprehensive, custom-made recycling programs for all of our customers’ needs. His goal is to create scrap programs to maximize the worth of all materials. Through Roy’s work, we now offer full service recycling programs including plastics, paper, cardboard, metal, and all recyclable waste.

Chris Schneider - Plant Manager
Chris Schneider joined our team in 1995. His 17 years of experience with the company has made Chris one of the most valuable assets we have. With plant production running 24/7 his abilities, awareness, and perception make him a highly important benefit, value and worth that gives both our company and our customers the comfort, contentment and ease needed to run our facility.
